Other areas of focus include, building self-esteem and confidence, exploring meaning and purpose, and improving assertiveness and interpersonal communication. Additionally, I assist with relationship difficulties and overall self-development.

I currently offer individual telehealth therapy, tailored to meet your unique needs. These online one-on-one sessions to help you manage stress, anxiety, depression, and other personal challenges. Secure and confidential online therapy sessions, allow you to receive support from the comfort of your home. Telehealth eliminates geographical barriers, providing flexibility and accessibility for those with busy schedules, mobility challenges, or living in remote areas.
