Hi, Iā€™m Millie

I am a registered psychologist, school teacher and mum of two, living on a farm in rural NSW. I believe that mental health is a journey, and I am here to support you every step of the way. I specialise in supporting individuals across various stages of life, including children, adolescents, families, adults, and older adults.

My approach incorporates a variety of evidence-based strategies, customised to meet the distinct needs of each person. I draw upon elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and combinations of all, tailored to each individual presentation. I am dedicated to helping you overcome challenges and embark on a path of meaningful change and personal development.
